Yes. Every property listed on ASCANX undergoes a physical inspection by our team. We assign a condition score (0-100%) and publish a transparency report that clearly states what's verified and what's pending. No property appears on ASCANX without being visited.
Our condition scores range from 0-100%. Green (75-100%) means Good Condition — well maintained and fully documented. Orange (50-74%) means Average Condition — decent but some gaps. Light Orange (25-49%) means Basic Condition — functional but limited verification. Red (0-24%) means Limited Inspection — minimal verification, we recommend asking the owner directly.
